We were there. Something happened
at 9-11... After this terrible event, companies and "experts" entered the market like a flood. This problem has
cost the government and tax payers billions of dollars each year as "experts" and "prime contractors"
to the government convince politicians and government decision makers to spend millions of dollars on technologies and services
that amount to little more than waste. OSI began as the result of much needed investigative resources to support the "War
on Drugs" during the Reagan years. OSI introduced the use of tactical night vision technology to the Atlanta Police Department
and used private assets to support police criminal investigations. These services were provided at no cost to the government
and resulted in numerous operational successes. As a result, OSI was born and began a steady journey of becoming a
"standard bearer" as it searched for and created the best solutions, technologies and operational designs. OSI has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years providing services
to government agencies and professionals in need. OSI never charged a dime for services provided to support Louisiana
agencies during Katrina relief operations. We were also never reimbursed for any time or expenses. This testimony is not provided
to cause you to look at OSI any differently. Please allow our work products and ethics to be what drives this impression.
Our point here is that we, being the people of the United States must support our government and our common causes. We must
not seek to determine what we can get out of the government. OSI is committed to providing services and solutions at fair
market values and providing best of breed in all circumstances. We
have never stopped working toward these ideals and we never will. OSI is a small company, but we have supported many large
scale operations around the world. OSI is committed to restoring faith and integrity in the workplace - specifically among
government contractors and operations.
